Importing new models

I mean like, being able to make up a model in 3D Max or what not and importing it into the game.
Even though I can't make even a horrible 3d model for the life of me.

What do you mean? Would you make new engine models?

I mean like, well any model to be exact. New car models, engine models, etc.
Would boost the modding coms.

If the game is modding friendly this will make it nearly immortal
