It does change the offset as the wheel gets wider, but you can't independently adjust it, tyre sizes are already complicated enough, both for us and the player!

I can make it still on a slider, but with fixed 1 inch increments, from smallest to largest. That you havn't seen is there is now an info text at the bottom of the viewport, and outputs useful info like Tyre and rim size.
