Upgrading my status later?

So I just preordered the base version of this, which looks amazing, game. And I wonder if i can later on upgrade to the Forced Induction version?

Also the only difference between the versions is that the more expensive one you get V16 engines, soundtrack, making of and turbocharged forum rank, right?

1) There is not currently an upgrade or any announced plans for one, but the devs have been made aware of this so they should be considering if they want to include this. But I think they are currently a bit busy at the moment

I hope there is an upgrade or something at some point in time!
